Eileen Gibbon Acupuncture & Chinese Herbal Medicine

Eileen is an experienced practitioner (15 years in practice) with a positive track record in treating and managing many common problems where conventional treatments have been able to offer little help.
Chinese Medicine offers effective, practical approaches to treating the physical body, the emotions and the spirit. Eileen treats a wide range of conditions and welcomes patients of all ages and both genders. She has a particular interest in chronic conditions of all kinds, digestive problems, aiding fertility, pain, dealing with stress, migraines and headaches, musculo-skeletal problems as well as men's and women's conditions.
Eileen has trained in the Shen Hammer system of pulse diagnosis - a subtle system which often helps identify issues which people have become so used to that they regard them as a normal part of life. Feeling and interpreting the pulse is an important part of tailoring treatment to suit you.
Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine are often given alongside one another or can be given separately according to your preference.
Eileen practises Acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in Sheffield and also teaches Chinese Medicine and pulse diagnosis to students of acupuncture at the Northern College of Acupuncture in York. She is a member of both the British Acupuncture Council and the Register of Chinese Herbal Medicine - see below or click the links to the right for more details of these.
